Same as cherriemama, I received the results of SC on 3 Dec last year although it was clearly written on the papers that the results would be out by the end of the month. The deadline for paying the registration fee of Kentville was 4 Dec and I was lucky enough to save $550!
I can still remember clearly as I had to fly on 7th. I had a very nice trip because everything was settled to my satisfaction before I flew.
