請問如果冇考 GCSE ，只有AL PG成績，報英國大學ok 嗎？

不一定， 如果PG只是standard/typical offer,  如果其他方面如personal statement寫得好， interview表現好等都可能會有C. offer.

Oxbridge attracts as many as 30% of applicants from international. Some of the EU countries like Holland, Poland do not provide predicted grades.

I see, but if we are talking about applying using IB, A level or DSE I think PG will be required

I am not doubting what u said. The kid u mentioned must be very bright. I think PG will apply in most cases.

I am a bit confused. The ones u said get 555 conditional offers are S6 students and they apply without providing PG? The other one u mentioned is S4 or S5, so no PG, and what will be the offer, assuming he/she will not attend DSE? Or in fact he/she will attend DSE at S4 or S5?

Since it is your kid, could you elaborate a bit more what kind of academic result your kid got to apply Oxford? Did he/she get very excellence igcse/gcse result or world first in some open science competition? For that, only then Oxford would have invited he/she to attend the test and  later on interview.
