to→v不變
to→ving
又一證明grammar不同，意思不同。

I am used to + ing、I am addicted to＋ing、I am looking forward to ＋ing 有類似道理。後面你都可以代 it／something 去完成個句子。I am used/addicted/looking forward to "it"/ "something"。所以後面要用 noun phrase，所以如果係一個動作的話，例如係玩遊戲，就要加 -ing 變 playing games。
另外我教學生的一個捷徑係前面見到 be，中間就算有 past tense/continuous form + to，都要照加 -ing。

Grammar 不同，當然不同意思。

多謝分享文法網。大人睇到都悶蛋，何況細路，不是细路學英文的 preferred method. 而且用中文學英文文法，更怪怪咁。

後面唔一定用 noun phrase, 用 noun 都得， but you already knew.

其實你解得好過個台灣Blog。把文法書的事講多一遍，無乜用的。

一個 Noun 我哋會叫佢做 Noun, not Noun Phrase.

A Noun is one word and does not constitute a "Phrase" (片語).

其實用用下，根本連簡單法則也不用記，不用思考。

文法上係可以叫一個 noun 做 noun phrase，只要佢地出現嘅位置係可以有 multi-word phrases 就得，維基百科都有簡單解釋。

實際上無需要叫一個 Noun 做 Noun Phrase. 叫 Noun 得喇。尤其對像是大眾，不是 linguists.

We are talking about semantics here, not very important to you or me. Just want others to see both possibilities.

Technically you are correct. I don't know about you all linguists, practical people like me would do it the other way, that you can use a Noun there, and that implies noun phrase as a form of a noun.

If the audience is EK not linguists, am I guilty of stating the obvious? May be.
