Applications for ESF Year 2

Does anyone know when does the applications for ESF starts for years other than Year 1 and 7? I believe they call this the 'General Applications' period.  Thanks!

For other years, you can apply anytime under general application.

I believed that all the esf school with a long waiting queue, the vacancy will be fill up at once by the people that queuing up.
You can apply anytime & queue up, the school will call for interview if vacancy available.
