For creative, i didn't see any young teachers on the interview day. But, I agreed that the interview was a bit messy and chaos. Whole interview process was not really formal but i think it was good to both children and parents as they only focused on children's response and performance. However, the equipment and the facilities there were a bit old. It seemed it lacked of maintainence for long. My friend said the teaching tools they used were a bit out-dated. So, if children have another offer, then they will not take creative. That's the comments from my friend.
For LLC, teachers there were young. If you browse their website, it is not hard to know that most of the teachers have less than 5 years teaching experience. My friend from this field told me that half of the teachers in LT LLC resigned. But nobody know the reasons. But she reminded me that a good school should have old and new teachers on half-half basis.
All in all, I would prefer LT LLC as i cannot resist its brand name in education sector and it is also a happy school and not harsh.
