I can tell you teachers leaving happens every year in the school of my elder child, which is a very famous primary school, even there is no reform or big changes in the school.  The reasons vary.  

And every year, at least 3 classmates leave for international schools.  

No parents complaint the principal or worry about their own children.

每一年每一間學校都會有老師走 同學走，家長只是擔憂，擔憂才會藉此問此問題。

But this year really many students(around or more than 20 from sept until now) are leaving.Even P1 also have(after first term ), this is not a normal situation in Ramondi.
And this not happen like that before.

20 students in one specific grade or from the whole school?  In my grade, I know the students left for international schools.  For P.1, I learnt that the students left because of the unexpectedly large class size.  I think the number of P.1 students accepted was determined by the previous principal in end 2013.  So, I think it is not fair to blame the existing principal for this.

對，高記往年轉校的真的不是太多。
這短短幾個月，轉學也不少。 我也問過他們家長，主因都是接受不了太急進學校改革。
當然，他不代表全部

如不認同傳統教學模式，請慎選高記。傳統教育方式必须面對考试及功課壓力，家長必须認同才可與學校配合。

I can tell you 20 is from whole school. Even though not from one grade, but 3 months have 20 students change to other school is first time happen in Ramondi. It really abnormal. These 20 students are from P1 to P4. For P5 to P6, they are the suffering group also but they cannot change due to 呈分試。 In my son grade, only I know we already have at least 4 change to other schools, they change to not only international school, some change to 傳統私校。And P1 also have students change school, not only one, as I know. They choose to change is not because of poor exam result. They are at the above middle position or even the top 10 in class. But they choose to change is because they not agree with new principal 過分急進，催谷填鴨式理念。So the reality is校長改革得過快，但課程未能配合,受苦的只有家長和孩子。跟到的當然覺得没問題，但跟唔到的，便要被迫谷足6年，最慘係還要擔心升中派位，中學部未必會要他們。我絕對相信如在高小在全級考到60至75名的同學實在不遜色於官津或其它冰,私小的全級頭20名。但偏偏中學部似乎偏向收外來生。實在諷刺!

就舊年為例，高小上高中收左65個，但都有20個去左同grade什至更好嘅學校。咁係咪其實頭80名升中都唔大問題呢？因為都有一d會去考更叻嘅神校
