就到IB選科日子，兒子想於香港讀醫科，請問大家可知一些已給取錄的醫科生選讀的科目，
藉此做個參考。

Yes, logically better combination than Chem & Phy.

If consider the % of 7 and HL vs SL, may be opposite.

Besides Chem & Bio, is Psychology better than Economics?
Chinese better than Spanish?
How about Math (SL) instead of (HL)
If taking Chinese, is Chinese B (SL) looks bad?

Most of your questions are conditional and no straight answer.

You must share more your intention like first choice is medic in HK, how about second choices,,,,, If overseas, what's your plan.

Subject choices must be holistic and also optimise your scores, individual question and answer add together may not a good idea finally.

Thanks for your reply. Those are the questions from my son. I don't know the answer either, so just to open this forum to get some idea. Anyway, thanks for all the inputs.

HL Chemistry is a must.HL Physics may give your son extra credit (heard UK unis give bonus points to those who take HL physics because it's hard)

however, medicine is about biology. if your son doesn't take biology, he will have to catch up on this when he enters medicine.

two HL sciences is beneficial. maths SL is recommended. maths studies is not too ideal. besides these, it doesn't really matter much.
