If we only count those with band 1 secondary school as backup (at least 2/3 of students can be promoted to its secondary school), then these are the popular ones:

Private and DSS:
St Paul co-Ed, St Paul Boys, Raimondi, St Stephen's (not sure if it's secondary school is band one though)

Others:
St Joseph, Wah Yan
