到底幾時才是真正CALL WAIT LIST 的時間?

when there are seats released, waiting list will be called according to that number.  So, the next time any waiting list will be called, will be after someone give up.

Perhaps after 14 May, i.e. the school uniform day.

yes that will be the next key date! I don't think many people will inform the school in an official way even if they get their preferred offers before that.
