Hi Tommy,

Appreciate your constructive suggestions, but really no solutions are perfect.  What happened was even though we may have put a "stop sign" (are you referring to closing a thread?), members can still open another new thread to discuss.  That's exactly what happened in Sumyeema's case unfortunately......

So where do you suggest to put the "time out"?  I think we had done a similar thing although not literally the same.  A highlighted warning has been made in the post to request members to allow the administration team to conduct the investigation.

I have also requested which forum is appropriate to discuss such comments related to improvement.  Please kindly refer to this post

Some members have been focusing too much simply on the literal definition of the forum regulations.

It is the notion behind these regulations that we rely on during the administration.

I believe this is the different.

I think you're now seriously considering totally pull out and take a good rest.  

Please, please don't give up.  The freedom of speech is getting less and less in Hong Kong.  Among all the websites in HK, BK is already relatively free and well managed.  Let's keep it, protect it and pass it to the next generation parents.

I have took your advice not to ban the account in the first place, so I just move it away.  But it doesn't help the situation so do you have other suggestions?  I have given the chance to the members, but do they really respect that?  I would like to ask.

These are the precaution measures that we have to exercise during this critical time, and I have repeatedly explained this over and over again.  We respected the members' decisions if they don't like to continue to share here.  But as you said, it takes a great effort to eventually put everything back to order.  And one of the key elements, is patience.

本人才疏學淺,甚少於這麼多武林高手之處發言,免得使人發笑,只是有空上來讀讀,被封的作者們有大量可讀性高的文章.有時我讀到有舌劍唇槍之處,但又不覺是什麼語言暴力,有些言論更不明白為何被冠以'歧視'之名,其實版主會否錯誤解讀?(我問乍,唔好封我),其實要審這裏文學修養甚高的作者之文,作為版主真不容易,或者老子的無為而治更合適.

關於motherotk有沒有鼓吹porn絕非焦點。雖然很多網友指出沒有實質鼓勵porn，但既然在字面上確是「鼓勵」，而又有網友投訴，展開調查是合理的。面對洋洋十多頁的thread，的確費時。但估計，現在連motherotk都會覺得這是小事一樁，花兩星期好，兩個月又好，沒有大問題，只要兩星期屆滿motherotk能再出來就成。

現在焦點只是judy兩次發表的不足兩百字帖文。審查兩百字要多久？能否加快一點，以免更多casualties？

eviepa, 不需要再追問judy 的個案了。
edea, 妳也不需替eviepa 查詢了，因為judy 的 case 已經
settled.


judy於十月十七日出事，帳戶被封。同日，iantsang聲稱要對judy其中一段post進行legal review.

(2) For the case of judy's account, it was banned after the review by at least three 超版. The comment made has shown disrespect to one of the 超版 during the post. As a result of that, it was also confirmed by these three 超版 that the account will be banned for 14 days as a penalty. At the same time, legal advices are being seeked concerning the contents so this is why I mentioned there was a legal review before. I was being careless to combine these two situations together so please accept my apology on that. There are no specific allegations made so let's also make this clear.

(3) No further reviews of any kind on the post by member judy and the penalty has been set to 14 days.  So her account will be re-activated automatically around 12 days later, and all her posts will be accessible again.

我不知道這邊由那一位版主負責，抑或直接由管理員負責，無論如何希望有人可以回答。

請恕我多事一問，會員cow的現況怎樣？他的帳戶沒有顯示禁言期限，他是否被永久禁言？

他應該是因為本論題第39號留言出事，超版亦於41號留言作了全面引述。其實，眾多被封的帳戶，我最不明不白為何被封的就是cow.

I quick response (as far as I am aware) once I notice this.  It is a system error (and it happens) so it should have been an one-day ban.  I have re-activated the account immediately now.
