Out of school district applicant

What is the probability of a child reporting a home address that is outside of the school district be accepted by the school (e.g. 5%, 10%, or 20% ...)?

The home address is for mailing purpose only.  It is not part of the factors of consideration.

Of course its' the interview performance.

But, again, answering a question right or wrong is not how performance is measured.  I think this is applicable to many other kindergartens' interview.
