名校的迷思

基本上同意你的看法，無意在這裡 "捉字"，但失敗經驗、失敗和 "失敗者" 的意思是不同的。我自己很少叫人做失敗者。失敗本身可以很neutral，失敗經驗也可以是正面的。
Forum就係自由討論，舌劍 -OK 呀，所以你也無須這樣介意那些家長是否"仇上"吧!

其實只是家長接受不了失敗者這太坦白率直的用詞，這用詞亦只不過是回敬一些撩事非的滋擾言論

家長要先教小朋友學懂失敗：原因, 怎樣面對，怎樣改善，怎樣學習別人之長處

孩子由PN,K1,K2,P1.......至 ...

Nothing really perfect exist that can suit all our purposes all the time. I think our mind can lead us to a higher ground if we can think of things on the positive side, just like the example given above.

No doubt an elite school can really benefit one a lot and every one loves it, including myself. However, nothing are really lost in your life if one does not attend an elite school. What really matter is whether or not one can think positively and let the +ve energy guide you through the rest of your life. Sorry, I am not a priest but I just would like to share my experience!

我留意到的現象，是如果有人表明是某名校現／候任家長，其他人就會對他／她的言論擁護，而擁護程度跟那位家長的子女考到多少間名校又成正比，當這些言論受到質疑，就會被看成是"眼紅"他人的成功~~~

Different opinions from various angles can really help balance the views from both sides so that new and potential applicants (to the elite schools in the coming years) could benefit by comparing the pros and cons more objectively. I think this is much better than only listening to one-sided views!
