Problem with "verifying email"

I'm using a new account now. However I still want to use my old one. I don't know which icon that I 've pressed days ago which made my old account "frozen". The instruction said my email need further verification. They then said that they had already sent me email to activate my account again. However, I can't find such email in my inbox. What can I do now???? I'm sure that my email is valid.

btw, how can I do the following -
1. delete an account
2. change my email and
3. make personal information private again.
In fact, I would like to change the above originally, but again, this new account is frozen again >____<!!!! Is there any admin email that I can use for enquiry purpose ? As I'm not allowed to use the PM function nor start any new topic now. I'm not successful in having a new account using gmail even after I submit my phone no. too ...
Can anyone tell me what I can do now? Really thanks so much for your help!!!
