又唔係咁講la, 可能唔知犯錯左od咩野要齊齊"咩"鑊....或者佢地arm arm比管理層照肺呢...who know...總之得失唔好睇得咁重, 有時未必係個細路問題, 好多外在因素影響結果....

I agree that no interview or exam that related to human's judment would be 100% fair. Indeed all of us can't be objective totally. However, I think it is better already if more teachers are involved.

And, children might behave differently as well in  different environment and they would have different mood as well.

So, we should not exert too much pressure to our kids if possible.

考SMC既入學試有2組, 如果係英基讀G1去考, 甘可以讀法文, 中文唔得都可以收. 如耀中係有中文讀, 要去同本地小朋友一齊考中文, 要認中文字, 認唔到, 可能唔收, 此終之後P1要讀中文, 同這位家長既情況唔同, 佢係讀新界屋村幼稚園, 中文很好, 父母就係怕小朋友唔識中文,不過 最後小朋友都入了一間很好, 很多家長想讀既直資小學.

小朋友考既前一年就有幾個讀英基收了,但她們最後沒有去註冊, 所以是年都有BK媽咪waiting入了去, 三年前既事,而當年又易入D.

年年唔同既! 我分享兩年前學校收生處理手法.

這校不是收有錢人,係收中產既家長. 如果住公屋, 草根階層, 要去你大小朋友果間, 機會大好多. 而祟真小學既英文唔錯, 外籍老師多, 我想幼稚園都唔會差架!

1. 同事, 美藉, 小朋友回流香港讀書, k1-k3讀耀中, 流利英文, 中文一般, 法文識幾句, 住紅磡海x豪園,2nd in 都無.
2. 果個同事的屋苑師奶朋友, 日本人, 讀tst ymca, 估計英文okay ...
