I heard from a mum who will join CWB K1 and said need to pay lot of money...i was not aware and very care of it initially ...maybe that's the stuff she said ....

Is it a like debenture ?

Never heard that N1 or K1 requires debenture.

But "overheard" somewhere that the Primary/Secondary sections are considering selling debenture.  Any other mama heard about this?
