我都勁down ar!!!  由上年開始in nursery 到今年in K1, 所有心儀學校全部都係REJECT OR WAITING LIST!!!
究竟咩事呀! 唔通真係細仔會咁難搵學校!! 但係INTERVIEW 時, 各老師要求我仔要做既野, 我仔大部份都做到, 點解都係得返呢D 結果, 天呀!!!!
自問我兩公婆都係斯文人, C6 仲係公務員TIM! 究竟發生咩事呀!!!!

Any more news from the kinders?  I received so many waiting list letters as well.  Finally, my son got one from Kenville la....though in pm only

i applied 13 school, 10 accept, 2 waiting and 1 still not release result... so sure many more space will be free up later.. as many parent register for many school also :)
so keep your hope up

When you say accepted 10 you mean you paid 10 deposits?   

Around 2000 places from SC, KV and GH will be released as these kids will probably have secured a place with the other kinders.  So don't worry.  We will give up York.

有時只能說句"非戰之罪". 相信在這裡有很多家長都有相同的經驗. 小朋友有水準表現加上家長本身對答得體但結果卻是強差人意. 就算是同一所學校每個負責面試的老師都可能有不同的著眼點. 如果單純是學術性的比較對於審核者來說會更容易.
但對於衡量小朋友好像還有其他考慮因素. 可能這些就是令很多家長大域不解之處了.

how many school did you apply for cy? you are already very lucky to get an offer from kv. we got rejected for all schools we went interview, not even waiting listed, famous/non-famous, voucher/non-voucher. I never doubt my girl's ability, but still feel bad when I see her being denied

anyway, kv is a good school, I found their teachers more caring then sc. write to them to request to switch to am. I did the same last year, and my girl is now in am class. good luck.

my son only got york accepted & all other waiting waiting.  SC, KV, Victoria,..all waiting
but i think interviews really depend on the teachers, never know how they judge the kid.  might not be kid's problems....

out of the 10 offered, i will only choose 2 to pay deopsit.. we already give up most of the school and choose the famous one to pay
York is very easy to get in....
the really difficult one i seen are SC and KV....

agree, york is quite easy to get in, so if you still don't have any offer, try to apply york.

細女只有N班較易收, 不過好彩可以repeat出年做大女, 大家唔好放棄, 加油!
