I remember the P1 briefing is held on last Sat, and should the parents already paid the Sep fee.  Hope there will be some good news soon.

Dear those waiting parents,

Don't give up!

Next Monday, P.1 parents will back to school to collect assessment reports for their kids.  You may take this time to meet principal and ask the result of waiting list.

Try every means if you really want yr kids to be students of SMC.   大家努力、加油

So, have you registered your son to other school yet? I have to pay for another DSS today - SMC still unable to give me a definite answer - very painful!   Now I am seriously thinking should I still wait for SMC's seat as I have paid another school already!   
Hope you don't have such trouble!

聽說今年暫時未有考到而又放棄學位, 所以未有位置可以放出嚟比waiting list.  相信要等到8月中/底左右, 等大部份扣門程序完成, 咁應該會有d人考到更top既學校, 會有d位放番出嚟.

Actually, SMC is my true dream school.  So, besides YW, I didn't apply any more DSS or private school.  YW has rejected me.  So, I have to go for the government school.  I don't have any other DSS / private school back up.  Hope SMC will give me a phone call la.  Which other DSS school accept you ?

Dear G-ma,
Thanks for your information - but waiting is so painful! I have done almost everything to "knock door" but still not succeed. I don't really know if I should continue to wait or what. My girl always think that she will study in SMC and keeps telling her classmates and teacher she is going to study there. I think I need to give her some time to adjust and give her a very good reason why not studying at SMC if SMC finally rejected her.

只是未開始安排,因我上個月頭(政府放
榜前) 已放翻個位出來,亦有部份人手頭
上也有SMC學位,但他們是已選了他校,
可能他們已放翻或將會放翻個位出來.

繼續努力啦! 雖然扣門既過程係好辛苦, 不過為左小朋友將來, 都係值得既, 仲未開學, 仲有機會.

就算開左學都仲有機會, 我見過有d同學係開左學1-2月先轉入嚟.

Hi Happrain, Chapmanma, G-Ma,

由始至終MY FAMILY 的首選都是1/ SMC 2/ TSL, 3/ 崇小 OR 仁立 , 4/ 基真 (大抽奬), 但是由於SMC要等到8月1日才有消息, 所以再次考次選的TSL, 囡囡在第二輪面試成功考入TSL, 7月6日, 註冊了.

所以放棄了第三選的私校崇小, 已在限期內6月10號交了尾數及校服 $3xxx, (因為津校的仁立抽唔倒, 連叩門面試的機會都沒有.), 假如考唔倒TSL, 我們一定會100% 誠意和努力,渴望SMC能被取錄.  

不過,現在我都仍然心思思想入SMC, 但我先生已沒有那麼的積極了, 如果真係收,會煩,唔識抉擇, (如果SMC早些有好消息, 被取錄, we will not apply 2nd phase TSL)  

所以我們再沒有寫信了 (last letter 6月尾),   ANYWAY,有消息再算, 除非是即收才會決定, 假如還要再面試, 可能會考慮, 萬一失敗,担心小朋友,以免影响她, 寧願讓她開心讀TSL   (she likes TSL too, but perfer SMC)

我跟你一樣, 但我在第一批已被TSL收了, 陳守仁入學過程很流水作業, 全電腦化, 很快便知收了, 之後比deposit, 沒有得去大抽獎.  而SMC只寫了一封很短的收謝信便算, 叫佢有位便通知我. 我老公同囡囡鐘意SMC, 我的TSL朋友就叫去TSL. TSL 6月尾已比了9月學費, 開了家長會.   

但我多謝這裡SMC家長, 過去一年有關我對SMC既問題, 有問有答, 十分helpful, thks again!

恭喜你地小朋友入左tsl, tsl咁難考都考到, 證明你地小朋友係好有實力.

smc位比較少競爭係大d, tsl 收生應該差不多比smc收多一倍.  不過遊戲尚未結束, 可能8月份你地會收到好消息呢, 到時再慢慢諗都唔遲, 起碼宜家有一間不錯既學校係手, 個心都會定d.
