May I ask the chinese subject is taught by Mandarin or Cantonese? Except English subject, is other subject taught by Cantonese?

For the Private Section (AM):

"中文科"用廣東話教授,只有"普通話科"用普通話教授 。

For P1&P2, the only subject being taught in English is "English".

Starting from P3, one more subject "Science" is taught in English.
