LCM English Cert - Speech For Early Learning

Hi,

Any comments for the LCM English Cert which held by "Little Prince"?

Please help as want to try this for my son that he is 3-10/12 Year-old...

我囡囡3歲4個月開始係小王子讀,而家K3,完成左stage 1, 2 & 3,本來我覺得有多張cert.去考小學,都幾好.不過我而家覺得,原來參加朗誦,繪畫&游水,有成績比讀LCM仲有價值.
(以上是個人意見).

囡囡係小王子上堂都幾開心,不過小王子係一間商業機構,所以唔多唔少都好商業化.

Are certificates essential to getting admitted to private or DSS schools?  If so, which kind of certificates?  Can anyone please share your experience esp. those parents whose kids are applying primary schools now?  thanks

How about the Hooked on Phoncs ?  Is it good for kids to learn English?  Will it be better than LCM Cert at least?  Any experience can share ah?

I also want to know ah...
What kinds of  certificates essential to getting admitted to private or DSS schools..

我個人認為:朗誦,繪畫or體育架証書.
朗誦:普師會或者校際朗誦節(不過,校際朗誦呢2年要K3先可以參加)
繪畫:可以透過畫室報一D免費架比賽
體育如游水:可以參加泳會架考試,可以出証書架

Thanks for your comments.  The certificate from the swimming club is only certifying the distance award and not the 朗誦,繪畫 competition, is that worth showing to the schools?

請問LCM一級級考還是次性考?孩子上了K2的LCM,不知那裡報名......

其實考物都冇所為, CERT只係DESSERT, 主菜係INTERVIEW 當日既表現.

仔仔當年K2時考咗STAGES 2 & 3, 學吓D英文, 但我鍾意佢地考試方式, 比仔仔學大膽D. 因為仔仔內向, 唔多同人講野, 基本上, 所有要單獨表演, 1 TO 1 INTERVIEW, 我都比佢去, 等第時P1 INTERVIEW 習慣吓.
