我入祟幼已打算一直升中 ,(如合成績標準),我本人撰校理念是,私校/直資,因語言環境好些,第二程度適中,第三是校風純樸,坦白講祟真不是什麼名校,可能它是私校關係,會有些人將它比較,在我認識的一群家長,大多是愛祟真的純樸校風,校園環境,語言環境 ,祟中還未有第一批祟小生出,我預期此中學將來會是band 1中至尾,我個仔在祟幼我都帶佢去看過祟中,我已話佢聽你將來會在崇小,崇中升學,他說好,甘你要用心學習啦 (在撰小一時我問我個仔,你想吾想在崇小讀小一,定在屋企附近讀,佢自已簡祟小,我沒投考其他私校了

My son got 1st runner up in the speech festival yesterday.  I really proud of him.  He is very lucky to have a very very good English teacher.

同意! 我和我老公也是這樣諗.

訪問校長中, 她說因為學校不用支付的地租和差餉給政府, 所以學費不算貴, 相比九龍塘的私校, 學費更貴. 因為要交地租和差餉.

只是區份問題, 其實崇小不是差學校; 我有位朋友是教育學者, 他話深水埗區的崇小和崇中近這幾年來, 成績不錯, 校風也很好呀.

Thank you for your reply.

I have chosen a Band 1 primary school which is near to our home, in the first round school allocation. If the result is successful, that will be very difficult for us. That Band 1 primary school has a standard and updated subsidy school compus. The extra-activities rooms and classrooms are big and spacious. The class size is around 32. Of course, the langage and religious environment are not as good as Tsing Tsun. That primary school does not have any related secondary school but that is not an important point for us. Because the school net of secondary school is OK.

May be, we would not get the above primary school. That may be good for us!! Ha!!

Anyway, do you know where are computer room, music room and arts room in Tsing Tsun? Are they shared with Kinders?

I have 2 sons in TT.  Though I like TT very much, but if your son is accepted by a band one free PS and near your home, obviously it is a good choice.  What make you hesitate?

One major difference is the language environment. That Band one school has one native English teacher, who has to teach whole school. That school does not start using PTH to teach chinese. I think their English standard is good in terms of writing and reading and will be weak in speaking and listening. If I choose that school, I have to supplement. But of course, if I choose Tsing Tsun, I have to supplement in other aspects.

But is it easy to supplement in terms of English and PTH?

Any opinions?

He is 100% trained by school.

Some band one schools could provide good language training such as LS, but some just so so.  May be you need to check it out.

Yesterday, according to the judge of the speech competition, many participates cannot pronounce "the" correctly (the "th" sound).  I do believe it is not related to the ability of the children, but what sort of training they received.

There is one computer room located near the entrance of the school, it is spacious.  To the best of my memory, the music room was located opposite to the computer room before, but it seems disappear? For art room,I didn't think I have seen it before.

理由很簡單, 收生多之故. 几乎沒有什麼設施可言, 即使有, 亦是小學和幼稚園共用.
