Yes.  I think so.  In fact, I would have thought the scheme has started since summer holiday given  
there are score showing top ten students?

Anyway, don't pay much attention to the score.  The
key is to let our children learn and enhance their
interest in English reading.

"WTE" I guess may be stand for Welcom to English but not sure. I don't think it's 單雙週科目,因單雙週科目是有 "(  )" or "______"  代表才是.
今週是雙週,在手冊時間表有一欄有顯示.

Yes, WTE stand for "Welcome To English".  As the teachers do not want the girls' school bag so heavy, they wil separate clearly WTE, Reading, Composition.  eg. Reading may include a plastic folder, an English book borrowed from school and a ex. book.  Altough sometimes, there may be comp lesson tomorrow, but the teacher still want to change to WTE instead, then she will mention clearly in that date's diary.

For odd week and even week, please refer to the "year calender".
