I think Sep 3 is for P1 & P4.  all other classes will be back on Sep 4.  Therefore, P2 to be back on Sep 4.  Is that right?

You may send application letter with school report to MCS before April 30.
Only 40 students of each form will be selected to join the entrance exam in July.

Guess it is an error. The mid term test/exam this year was held from March 15 to 20, just before Easter Holiday. It should be in similar pattern for next year.
Can check with class teacher during the parent's meeting.

No idea for the number of vacancy available.
Maths is in English. It's quite competitive as all participants are top students of their own schools.
