Nice to meet you.

1) Due to higher birth rate, the number of applicants may also go up to some extent in the coming school year and the competition is expected to be keen.

However, just give your daughter a try as there are many factors affecting a kid’s performance in the interviews.

Luck is also one of the main factors that no one can control.

Also, as you may know, there are two rounds of interview (i.e. Oct/Nov and June) every year so chance is still there.

I wish your child the best of luck.

2) With regard to the recommended book list, do you have the link of the website?

The other day I drove by TSL and noticed there is a new apartment complex across the street.  It seems completion is near.  How nice to live there if our kids study at TSL !!

to be honest, i don't think the new complex could compete with the apartment view you have now!
we are actually neighbour,  we live at the opposite side of 深井!

Recently, I also passed by that residential flat which is still under construction.
If my memory is correct, Sino Group should be one of the developers (may be also other co-developers and cannot recall whether the name of the residence has already been confirmed and mentioned on the surrounding walls or not??).

It is also a coincidence that Sino Group is the developer of several residential estates in that area.

Judging from the current second-hand prices of the nearby residential flats at around HK$6,000.- to
HK$8,000.- per square foot, it may not be surprising to see the selling price of this new residence to be close to HK$10,000 per square foot!!
