Today got 2nd-in letter, very surprise!
The letter was dated on Oct 28 -- don't know why receive it on Nov 9. Mine is unrelated. My boy is a big boy.

My daughter born in May. 1st interview is 9th October, 2nd interview is 26th November.

I also got second interview.  My wife is not keen to go though.. she says its too far.  

for those parents who are going for second interview, can you share your thoughts on this?  do you think its worthwhile sending your kid to a school that far?  it would mean at least one hour on the school bus each morning and afternoon...

The school is really far away! Children need to get up early in the morning and come home late. The travelling time costs more than one and a half hours. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!

My child is in P2.  Our travel time is ~ 30 - 40 mins, we are in Island east.

My girl is in am class in KG, so there's no pbl for her to wake up early.  At first, she was very tired after school, so she slept in school bus.  Later, she adapted to it loo~

I know parents who move to Island East to go to St Stephens.  I also know parents who give up the offer because the school is far away and other reasons.

boarding time @7:00 means the child needs to get up @6-ish. it's quite harsh.

Anyone got rejected letter? I haven't received any letter until now, my 1st interview day was on 8 Oct. Does it mean rejected?  Anyone can help?

As discussed by many people, it looks like SSCPS will send out 2nd interview letters by batch. Siblings-candidates got them first, then another batch...so forth, they will hold interview till the end of November.

So, don't give up hope. You may still receive letter.

interview till the end of Nov? But some have the interview date on 26/11. iIs that mean finish?

I think no one except the school authority could answer your question. We only gave the info as per last two years' situation (they sent out acceptance letters first wk of Dec).

From a positive point of view, there is still Nov 28, 29 and 30 for 2nd interviews.
