My son will be 4y2m in Aug and we applied for KIS in  Feb 2011. The principal will interview all applicants (both parents and kids) directly.

I just check the Minutes of Parent-Teacher Association meeting of KIS in May that the principal will leave at the end of July.

請問你認為換了校長會對學校的教學方針會有改變或影响嗎? KIS 除了中文外, 會唔會有其他語文選擇呢? 如法文. 西班牙文等.......現在的學生多唔多鬼仔呢?

samelsaho, thank you for your pm. Can you tell me how you felt about your kid learning Chinese at KIS?Was it very hard and was there a lot of homework? I found that in the last few years their result at IGCSE was very good.

KIS is a small but good school with excellent location.  In KIS, Korean students are the majority of course.  Their parents are just like most Asian parents and pay much effort on their children study.  Some Korean parents speaks Mandarin better most HK parents and so does their children.   Although the principal has been keep changing in the past 7 years, the school keeps improving.  Students in different classes know each other well.  The only sad thing is that students move in and out just like other IS.  Not easy to know a friend form yr 1 to yr 6 like we used to be.  Reception class now has a waiting list.  So be quick and act now.
