學校有phonics學架,係由外籍老師教既.一星期唔知有兩堂定三堂呢,我都唔多記得.

如果你仔仔講英文多過中文,點解你唔幫佢報讀國際學校既?

國際學校 is quite expensive.  I think that I cannot afford it.  Actually my son now is studying at an Int'l Play School.
I chosed 金巴倫 --> as hearsays 金巴倫 will have a lot of English to teach.    :cry:  :cry:  :cry:

金巴倫 will have a lot of English to teach  --> 講真一定唔及st. catherine 講英文多, 但我反而鍾意金巴倫中英並重, 而且普通話亦教得很好

Agreed with VV.  My daughter only talked English before entering SN (because she only talks to my maid at home).  She didn't even know how to say all the colours in Chinese when the school started last August.  Now, her Chinese has improved a lot.

Actually my son interviewed at St. Catherine last year, but it didn't accept him.  :cry:
Now I hope that my son can learn more Mandarin at SN.

反而我係因為我想比個仔打好英文底子我先比佢去讀,結果而家我都好滿意阿仔係學校學到既野.學vv話齋,中英國都平衝到.
你都唔好甘擔心啦,我唸小朋友好易適應既!

Happy Dragon Boat Festival!

My son will start at St. Nicholas this August. We've just received a letter from the school again concerning the school fee, the school bus and the books.

Just wish to get some valuable advice from you : is it necessary to buy ALL the books including the Chinese textbooks, the Chinese, Mandarin and English reference books, or we just need to select, not to buy ALL (in particular the reference books)?
