this is scarry......how can you expect a 7 years old to have only 7 hours of sleep and grow healty?
Come on parents...their brain, their physical need REST....
at thhage of 7, they need at least 10 hours of sleep........
we the parents should decide what is good for the kids upbringing....(of course teh kid play a role too)...but for the sake of the kids' development, 10 hours is a must!!!
hope you can work out a better schedule with your son and yourself!
Schedule of weekday is too tight. Weekend is OK. Perhaps can you change one badminton class to weekend ! And according to what I see from students of famous schools, their mother drives them everywhere to attend classes to save time.
