It's a nice day today, not too cold and sunny. The kids should have a good time today at the train museum.

Dear all,

Ka Ka's Mom told me through message that the train museum is closed today.  How disappointing!  I hope the school will rearrange the visit.

By the way, Brian wet his pants in bed on Sunday night.  I was surprised as it didn't happen in the past one year (or more).  What's more, he wet his pants again in school yesterday.  I hope he just did it by accident.

I just browsed the website of Train Museum & it really closes on Tuesday.  Did the school make special arrangement with the museum or the school just didn't check the opening schedule of the museum.  If the kids could not visit the museum today, they would really be very disappointed.  And, the school had really made a big mistake.

The school did make a big mistake. They made the kids travel all the way there and back and wasted time on travelling and did nothing for the whole morning. It's so simple to check in advance and it's a mistake that should not happen. The visit will be rearrange on Thurs but it may rain and get cold on Thurs.

Don't worry, maybe just an accident. Preston still wears his nappy at night and I don't know how to wean him off the nappy.

Couldn't believe that such a mistake can be made.  Anyway, although the kids couldn't visit the Museum yesterday, they would still be happy to 'travel'......

Brian stopped wearing nappy after he became three.  He seldom have 'accidents'.

Will Preston wet his nappy at night?  If no, then it's time to help him to get rid of nappy.  Let him try and you can place a absorbent mat on the bed.

Davin also seldoms wets the bed, we still have him putting the nappy on at night.  It's so difficult to clean the stuff if there is urine.

I met Miss Lai today & they said they did forget to check the opening days.  What a big & careless mistake.  The kids cannot be disappointed the 2nd time.

I went to met them at train museum yesterday. But, I was dissappointed the museum closed.I guess the kids must dissappointed and very tired on the tavelling.
But don't be sad. They must enjoyed the experience and learn to check the schedule before trip.

I don't know the problem on boys. You can share the problem with Lydia and  lizse. But I concerrn that the urinary tract infection(UTI) on boys.Sometimes UTI do not have any symptom. Or Brian want to get more attraction.

The school is very careless this time. Just hope the weather will be nice tomorrow and the kids can enjoy the trip again.

Preston still wet his nappy ~4 times/ week. We ask him to weewee b4 sleep but still sometimes the nappy is very wet. Sometimes he said he didn't like to put on the nappy but we can't trust him. We don't want to get up at night and change the bedsheet. Anyway, I'll give him another half a year to see.

I am also afraid that Brian might have urinary infection.  Fortunately, he didn't wet his pants again yesterday.  I really hope it's just a coincidence that he wet his pants twice in a day.

They really travelled all the way from Hung Hom & Tai Po & learnt that the museum was closed ?!  What a big mistake !

It's just so simple to check thru the website and know the opening hours. Also, I wonder why the school doesn't need to call or book in advance for group visit.

The weather is fine today and I hope they has had a good time in the Museum.

By the way, Brian wet his pants again yesterday afternoon in interest class.  The teacher told me that he was playing at that time and his pants became wet suddenly.  I think his mind was occupied by the fun activities and he forgot that he had the need.

Brian used to go to toilet only when he is in urgent need at home.  I think this is not good for him, esp for his muscles in bladder.  Do your kid have similar problem?  How can you train him/her to go to the toilet before it's too late?

Finally the kids managed to visit the museum today.  Davin had a lot of fun.

Davin also only goes to the toilet when he's in urgent need.  So, when we go out, we usually ask him to go to the toilet when we feel it's the time.  Sometimes he says no but still is willing to go to the toilet.  To be honest, I have done nothing to train him.

I will also bring Brian to toilet from time to time when we are out.  However, he will not ask for going to toilet except when he is in urgent need.  So problem exists when I am not around.

It's good to know that they could finally go to the Museum.  See if Brian can tell me what happenen on the journey.

I thought the Railway Museum was small & not much to see.  Yet, when I browsed the picture taken by the school, it seems that I was wrong.  I see why they enjoyed the visit.

Then, every time before going out, you ask your helper or your parents to urge Brian to go to toilet first.

I observe that Davin goes to the toilet (voluntarily) every 2 to 3 hours.

I knew about the Train Museum for long but I was just too lazy to bring Brian there.  II am glad to know that that they all enjoyed the visit.

It's good that Davin can realize that when he needs to go to toilet.  I hope Brian can build up this habit soon.

What food will you bring to the picnic tomorrow?  Does anyone know if food stalls can be found there?

Preston also goes to toilet whenever he feels urgent. But even there is no toilet around, he can still hold for a while. Once he even went to the male toilet by himself while I was waiting outside (coz the female toilet had a long queue).

Preston said he wanted ham sandwich and fried noodles for picnic so my maid will make them tomorrow am. There is a restuarnt and one food stall only so it's better to bring some food.

Do U think Mr. Shawn is a very good teacher?
From  Ka Ka detail, Mr. Shawn is a good story teller.Sometime, Ka Ka borrow the story book which Mr. Shawn told on lesson, I read with her.But, she always argue with me that Mr. Shawn told not like that.   
She told me Mr. Shawn played with them, talked with them on bus when going to railway museum.
Ka Ka always mention him at home.

Yes, Mr. Shawn is a good teacher, & very good story-teller.  Davin always reads me story that Mr. Shawn tells during the week.

We will go there later after ECA.  So, during the time when Davin takes lesson, we will buy some food & I will not need to prepare any.

Dear all,

Brian enjoyed the group game in the amphitheatre in the picnic.  However, I think the track point game seemed quite boring to most of the kids.

This is the first time for me to go to the Tai Po Waterfront Park.  It's an ideal place for riding bikes.
