我都是BRP 開ACC, 沒有加Passport, 出到share code. Status見到個人資料, 有無問題?

之後嘗試upload passport image, 但不成功, 有以下句子,
There is a problem

We could not update your identity document because the details you entered are already on our system.

我仔之前都係沒有加passport出到share code
但係學校話一定要link up passport先為之成功

請教各位家長, 當日用小朋友BRP Card 開 UKVI account, 但小朋友當日入境時被要求account 要加入passport。依家想幫小朋友將香港特區護照加入到UKVI account。因為特區護照上顯示國籍為“CHINESE”, 而BRP Card 國籍為 "HKG“ 。我擔心小朋友入境時有問題。
請問大家係哩種情況下有無問題? Thank you so so so much
