我想同仔仔報依間學校，有以下幾個問題想問

我想問下課程深唔深？
有冇男仔讀？
知唔知男仔派得好唔好呀？

請問有沒有spk k1 am session 家長?本人囡囡是k1d學生,但有感其課程很淺,担心讀不上spc,是否需要安排各類型的補習班以補其不足?

最重要係小朋友 enjoy 返學
有品德好過讀c 書
呢個都係我地選入 spk 嘅重要理由

補習班我個人認為不需要
反而比多d 親子時間講下故仔
這樣都可以認字和訓練思考

Don't worry.   My daugther was borned at the end of Aug and we are not Catholic, too.

She has two younger classmates, one borned on Sept and one borned on Oct.

agreed with jazz, I'm very satisfy with school's teaching method, no pushy but my daughter learned a lot from school, she is willing to learn, even at home, she'll review what she learned in school everyday!  

I agree with school, kids should enjoy their kinder life instead of push them to learn vocab, etc... they've a very very long time to study from P1, at this stage, what they should do? they should play... learn from playing..

SPK to SPC.... I'm very sure kids can do it well... I realized from school's history...

totally agreed.

It's really not necessary to have tutor at kindergarten unless you are not considering to let you kid study at SPC Primary.

I remember my girl start writing at K2, it is advantage since their muscles are stronger and the words won't be terrible.  Also, they learnt many words from the subject theme books. Even my girl is now at K3, sometimes, when she is free, she will review once again the K1 and K2 subject books.

Also, SPK emphasize much on reading. Just let your kid read as many english/chinese books as possible.

Again, enjoy the happy life here at SPK.

I live in Homantin and does anyone know whether SPK has school bus route passing the mid-Kln?  If not, do I have to move house if get admitted?

Many thanks for your feedback. I really hope my girl can develop herself, and not just the words she can read and write. Can I ask more...do you review the theme book with your children? If so, how frequent? Or you'll have other leisure reading with your children? You know that my girl is now only K1 and she actually doesn't know any words. She only focuses on picture when reading story books. Any method I can twist her attention to the words?

As per school advice, reading is important. Your daughters will get the reward when they handle the reading comprehension in Primary.

I read the book to my daughter when she was in K2. She read herself when she was in K3.
