My bb born in Dec, and she studing at St.C from this Sept.  When she was attended the interview in last year of Nov, she haven't answer the questions to the interviewer but she can complete all the examination, e.g. play blocks, matching, pointing the right object by following the interviewer instruction. But I think the most important things is she doesn't cry although she's shy.

Is the interview in Chinese or English?

Heard that your can choose either Chinese or English.  You will be interview by a foreign if yu choose English!

Hi Annienorman,

My son is now in K1 this Sept and he is a small kid (born in Nov). We chose the English interview last year and the examiner was not a foreigner. Actually, you're free to select either English or Chinese during the interview. You can accompany your child to attend as well.  In my case, I noticed that two kids were interviewed separately in the same room with their parents.

The interviewer will put some picture or object on the table and ask the questions, like where is the car/boat/ball/shoes, etc.

If I'm not remember wrong, it is shapes/colour matching.

o岩o岩收到St. Catherine's信,約我十一月十一日(星期六) 9:00 a.m. interview,同維多利亞撞期,真大鑊.

聽講以往St. Catherine's同根德也撞期,如果今年都係,o甘就大鑊+大鑊啦,一日冇可能走3場. 如未interview就要選擇,真係o吾甘心.

So fast???  When did U send the application form?  I just send 2 photos and the cheque and the self-address envlope, will they send me the application form first or just ask me to attend interview???

Yes!St. Catherine's同根德will撞期, St.Cat is Fri & Sat and 根德 will on Sat & Sun.  U can try to call to change your interview date.

Hi annienorman,

I sent out the info about 10 days ago.  They just sent me a blanked application form (with bb photo, name & DOB) and an interview slip stating the interview date & time (remarked "No reschedule is permitted").  The form has to be completed & returned before Oct 14.

If 根德撞期, I'll try to call them for reschedule.  Hope this will not be necessary.

Dear All,

If I choose English interview at St. Catherine, is that mean the mum also need to communicate with the interviewer in English ?  Or just only ask the kids question in English ?  What will the interviewer ask the parents ?  I want to choose English interview as my boy understand English more than Chinese, but I'm also afraid the interviewer will ask some complicated question...... anyone can share some more experience concerning the English Interview, thanks!

你咁快知victoria個期啦? 你係咪都收到victoria的信?  我都有報victoria, (9月18號寄信去), 但未收到interview通知

另外, 想問下st. cat 係咪真係只可以1位家長陪,(封信係咁寫), 但我聽兩個朋友都話上年佢地係兩位家長一齊去interview.
