留意：申請英國學生簽證只需這些文件

在British Council 的講座中，聽到英國學生簽證的有關職員介紹，說到由於香港屬於 "Appendix H nationals"  ( 'differentiation arrangement' for 'low-risk applicants'), 所以持香港特區護照或BNO的申請人，申請英國學生簽證(Tier 4 General Visa) 的要求較簡單，只需以下的文件：

1. Passport/travel document
2. A copy of application checklist (downloadable upon completion of the online application)
3. CAS number (include in application form)
4. An ATAS certificate (if applicable)
5. A Tuberculosis certificate (if applicable)
6. Parental consent (if under 18), and the proof of relationship
7. Valid previous BRP card (if applicable)

亦即是說，不用交 Evidence of your qualification and English language ability as specified in the CAS, 亦不用交 Evidence of finance.

香港係低風險地區，理論上係唔使畀，不過我照交

想問下邊到領事館做翻譯？要點樣申請？

兒子日本出世，出世紙系全日文所以需要日譯英，帶齊阿仔護照，身份證，

出世紙正本+ 出世紙縮細A4影印一張及父母ID / 護照正本+HK$90上日本領事館,等1小時有取。

佢upload嘅就係我帶過去嘅soft copies：阿仔passport、HKID、我嘅HKID、consent letter、TB TEST

請問佢upload 左咩，及你在中心交左咩正本副本給佢？

其實真有點亂，如果自己upload 了，是否在簽証中心只交passport 正本？ 有D又話要交copy, 你地交左咩正本副本？
