意思係咪代表utility bill都唔夠? 間屋買左好幾年, 係咪即係要搵番張樓契俾佢睇?

I think the bank statement cannot be the one of the address proof. Should be Utility Bill plus purchase agreement (or Demand for Rates and Government Rent if can't provide the purchase agreement)
