意思係咪代表utility bill都唔夠? 間屋買左好幾年, 係咪即係要搵番張樓契俾佢睇?

I emailed to ask ESF and they said Demand for Rates and Government Rent can be a replacement of purchase agreement.

So only have to provide a gov rent bill and one bank statement is ok?

I think the bank statement cannot be the one of the address proof. Should be Utility Bill plus purchase agreement (or Demand for Rates and Government Rent if can't provide the purchase agreement)
