大陸及美國不会考慮，外國如澳洲、英国会去

如果小朋友平日自理好，都ok，但大陸就有小小保留。

四年級若無父母陪同真的太細個，為何不留港？香港有保良局度假村之類，一樣可訓練小朋友獨立，唔係講笑，真的有四年班小朋友不懂自己冲涼，打唔到電話回家會喊，仲有父母晚上想接仔女去食嘢，怕他們食唔飽。

不過我都明照顧小孩起居飲食好多時都係姐姐代勞，佢地緊係快手搞掂就算，唔會理小孩的自理能力。

還要教 d執生方法及不同處境的應對，例如趕唔到班機，班機取消被扣留證件，拒絕入境，寄失行李，晤見行李，座位旁邊有麻煩友.........

有時都好難，第一僱主不能24小時睇實，佢地總會找機會加小插曲，第二太micro manage 佢地又話this job has too much pressure, i quit!

你想多咗，我教他用煤氣爐煲水，煮麵，煎疍，執房，用洗衣機而已。

又不是日日做訓練，只是週末。

我家菲傭做了16年，趕都唔走。
