I still hv not rec'd it yet. Whatever they accepted my son or not, I won't let Pak Lam go to this kinder. Because my friend told me that their native teacher is very fresh graduate and do not not enough experience to teach the children. Her naphew has studied there and changed to another kinder due to this reason.

Hi! Paklamma,

It's my first time to hear the bad comment of this kinder. can you tell me more the details about it ? the fresh grad teacher how to teach the kids with her not enough experience. As my friend also has her 2 daughters studing there and very much love this kinder, so I also try to apply too. and I went to their seminar and openday found that it's pretty good.

Will you go the School X'mas party on Dec 19 ? Do you think $180 is much expensive?

Hi Sunmoon,

We were so busy on the picnic day and did not have time to speak to each other. I won't attend the School Christmas Party. It is too expensive

and Pak Lam need to go to the playgroup on every Sunday.

Regarding Learning Habitat, I like their 双班主任制 (one local/one native teacher). So, I applied it on August. And found their enviroment is good on interview day. But their headmistress told us that they have 25 space only (????). Because they hold some of the space for the pre-nursey students. If I checked it carefully before I went there. I won't waste my time to interview with Pak Lam. After interview, I talked to my best friend which her nephew was studied there before. And she asked me "千叮萬囑" don't let Pak Lam go to Learning Habitat. Because the teacher are fresh graduate and do not have enough experience to teach the children.

I got the letter today that admit my daughter to K1 am class. Anyone has recevied the letter as well?

Although only 25 space is available, they accept Holly maybe I choose the New Tai Kok Tsui Campus. I have been the openhouse there, and found that the campus is better than Tsing Yi a lot. There is spacious and 海景空中花園. But I'm not going to pay the registation fee as it's not my target. My impression of this kinder is pretty good, the teaching method, nice teacher just they don't have primary and are fresh a bit. My target's school has primary, even can't be real one dragon, priority at least ma

My son is selected in Tai Kok Tsui Campus, we prefer in Tsing Yi which is much closer but fail. I think quite a lot of candidates are assigned in TKT. School fee plus transportation are more expensive too, but the environment is good.

May I know native teacher is local or foreigner and is she teaching K1? As one of my friend's son study in K1 pm class. I may check it out.

Hi Sunmoon, hlingai,

I rec'd the letter on yesterday, Pak Lam is selected in Tai Kok Tsui Campus also. The native english teacher is foreigner. As per their brochure, they have 1 Chinese qualified kinder. teacher & 1 native english teacher in each class. This is an advantage for children who can speak/learn the English in this good environment.

I never been there, so I don't know the environment is good or not. I will call them and ask them whether we can go to their TKT campus on Feb, 05 or not. I would like to find the "one dragon" school for Pak Lam also. So, I'm considering to fax the confirmation letter. As we are no need to pay the registration now until Feb, 05.

My friend's daughter had studied there and her accent is very accurate, and my friend also told me which is native english speaker teaching. her daughter love going school very much, the teachers are very nice and she did a lot art crafts there. Just one thing I concern is the primary "Lucky Draw" only, so I am still looking for the kinder those has primary. So will you pay the registration fee for reserve the space?

I went to the Tsing Yi Openday, Tai Kok Tsui Openday and seminar. My feelings told me that they are really nice and helpful indeed. You can ask them to visit.But if this kinder compares to Creative, I would choose the latter as it has primary and the campus is better.

My daughter is accepted to TKT campus too. I think they don't reject any applicant who choose their TKT campus.

My friend told me both teachers in K1 were OK. And his son starting "Show and Tell" program which somewhat self presentation. This is the point which I buy in this kinder as my son is shy. I wonder if any kinder has such program to train up children.

Now registeration is free till next year Feb, so no harm to reserve the space first. Still under consideration and will hear more comment from other parents. From their P1 distribution chart result, majority of children study in English Primary school. I don't know if their children are really strong in English or they have any relationship with those schools.
