你囡幾歲? 其實唔駛咁緊張, 細路仔驚水係好正常, 我囡以前細時連沖涼d水濺到臉都驚, 但大個啲就會冇咁驚. 你千祈唔好迫佢, 越迫越怕架! 同佢去玩吓水先, 由沖涼開始, 同佢玩吓泡泡, 慢慢來, 最好有同鹷細路仔一齊玩, 玩玩吓就唔驚架啦! 到佢大啲又冇咁驚咪可以試吓同佢參加啲游泳班囉!

我囡囡下個月5歲, 依家已上緊游泳班, 驚到話唔上堂. 是否應該下年先學會好些呢?

你有冇了解過點解佢咁驚? 是否教練唔好? 如果真係只係怕水, 可能就要等佢大啲先學, 如果係唔中意個教練, 則可試吓轉教練! 我囡都係差兩個月5歲, 之前都係好怕水, 但我上個星期日同佢去史xx試堂, 佢又ok喎! 仲話好想繼續學添!

My daughter is nearly 6 and she start her swimming lesson last month.  My sharing were :
1. My daughter did scares water and I did arrange trainer (1:2) or (1:1) to her.  She quite after 1 or 2 lessons and did cry.
2. She start her swimming lesson 1 month ago (group class), the same centre as wyl, she did enjoy very much.  My founding are :
1. she growth up
2. Luckily, the trainers know how to cheer up the kids and it starts from game in the water.  Among the kids, my daughter feel more comfortable and didn't scare water anymore (because she shifted her focus in the games).
3. She loves her swimming suit.  Suggest to buy a beautiful swimming suit to your kid and please her.

Wyl,
My daughter takes the lesson in Kwun TOng centre every SUnday, how about you ?

Agreed with you, Daisy媽咪. For kids, group learning is much better than 1:1, they can make friends with others and lesser their scaring.

My daughter just took 1 trial lesson at Kwai Chung centre last Sunday and will start her first lesson in the coming Sunday. She said she likes the tutor she met last Sunday, so I made a request to join his class for the coming lessons.

囡囡依家係"大力"學游水, 佢話有個台驚跌, 但其他個個小朋友都無事, 有幾個仲矮過我個女. 再加上囡囡本身真係好驚水.

如果佢真係好驚, 就唔好迫佢啦! 小心會有反效果! 不如你試吓自己帶佢去啲bb池玩吓水先, 等佢放鬆啲先再比佢去學游水啦!

我又覺得如果佢參加泳班話驚, 不如揾一兩個朋友仔跟私人教練學, 可能佢會冇咁驚wor, 不過d朋友仔最好就係唔驚水啦, 如果唔係鬥驚就唔好啦, 舊年我囡囡都係噉, 由唔肯浸個頭落水到識游自由式, 前後先一個半月, 不過就要慢慢執啲技巧囉, 因為佢始終都係驚死呼吸唔到, 反身反到天咁高, 比佢激死

I have the same problem as you, my daughter is 4 and half years old, when she finished the first lesson (group), she was happy and told me swimming is very funny and she like it, then I joined the summer swimming course for her (already paid the whole amount), the second lesson she begin to tell her daddy and me that she didn't want to swim anymore, she didn't like to put her head into the water, these few days she always repeat and repeat that she don't want to swim anymore, what can I do for her?

其實我都未知點算, 上星期第一次突然話唔落水, 好驚. 我唸要慢慢來, 我個女一樣係個頭唔肯落水. 我聽好多媽咪話上多幾堂會好好多喎. 唯有比些耐性啦!!

我囡囡初初學游水, 要第7堂先肯浸個頭落水, 我係同佢一齊落水, 6堂都係成隻樹熊咁攬住我, 完全唔理個老師.

不過到左後期, 佢見到同組的小朋友已經潛入水玩"執key", 佢自己睇到就開始放鬆d, 慢慢試在水面吹兵乓波, 跟住又潛小小落水, 最後就克服左. 小朋友唔迫得, 佢自己覺得係時候就可以浸頭入水, 由得佢啦. 得閒帶佢去泳池游水時, 帶個兵乓波比佢落水面吹, 要個下巴浸入水中, 呢個方法都係親子班的老師教, 不過我唔知係點解.

當時我係join康體署的親子班, 只係$54/10堂, 好平, 學左2個course 共20堂, 囡囡已經完全唔怕水, 玩潛水玩到傻
