Dear mom,
Ka Tai Lai is better than Good time in terms of course and teacher. This is recommended by my Disney English consultant.
I did enroll the form to Ka Tak Lai and they accept my bb after interview.
They have PN class too but the classroom is located in another CityOne building. The place is smaller but focusing to all PN students, No outdoor site is the weakness but I am sure for GOod time, you may take a visit to both schools and feel which one is suitable for your BB (according to your requirements mentioned).
