今年48校網有158個經甲部入, 但一線學校的甲部學位由德兆到樂天, 只有73個, .  令我好奇甲部派位方法, 也是這個post的目的,

Question:
1. 48連46借位的甲部大約 162個, 減去3寶, 等於132個.  如果有158個人中甲部, 表示甲部已經有人選3寶
2. system有bug?

但是:
1. 不可能
就以11網為例, 甲部round up total也只是67個, 但小一入學報告卻有70個. (a. 除非有額外加位, 影響到甲部?
今年有605個統一派位, 實際統一派位數目有747, 多了142.  連round up, 數理上是可能的, 但有人會在甲部選3寶嗎?
)

至於「統一派位」方面，每所學校統一派位學額的10%（甲部）是不受學校網限制的，家長可選擇不超過三所位於任何學校網的小學；餘下90%的統一派位學額（乙部）是受校網限制的，家長須選擇其住址所屬學校網的選校名單內的小學。

This is last year allocation, not current year.

Moreover, the number 158 should refers to 158 school places in Net 48 were allocated to
the whole territories of Hong Kong. You can see that it is about 10% of the total number
of Net 48 school places in central allocation. On the other hands, many parents filled up
all choices in Part A, so I expect within this 158 places, what they got were mainly A2, A3
choices, if these are not very hot schools.

Example:  2015 Central Allocation.  By assuming nobody choose those "treasure" schools
or relatively non-comparative schools in Part A, about 103 school places would be allocated
in Part A.

點解你以為甲部一定無人選三寶？
你去閩僑睇吓有幾多NCS? 你認為佢地會同你去爭兆強定係去間多D同聲同氣既鄉里既學校呢？

yes, more or less are those hot school, in total 103. You are so right that I picked 2015 school report compare to 2016 lucky draw number. I should then wait for 2016 school report. Errrr..

it is the purpose for this post, to discuss the section a... Iam looking for a gentle discussion.
why i assume there are chance that the people not picking 'treasure' schools in section A, is because i assume they will pick it at 自行stage (as you said if they really like it)
