I don't quite understand what you are trying to say. Surely changing to DSS will give the primary schools (SPCC & SPCPS) even more freedom & flexibility to decide which students to accept, giving even more advantage to these 2 kindergartens.
Actually 聖公會幼稚園 still manages to maintain its link with SPCC. The number of students from 聖公會幼稚園 admitted by SPCC is second only to Braemar Hill. On the other hand, 聖保羅堂幼稚園 doen't seem to enjoy such relationship with SPCPS.
拔萃小學 is a completely different case. Firstly, it has always been a boys school until very recently so it has never had any link with DGS. Secondly, for some reason, DBS decided to build its own primary school & sever its tie with 拔萃小學, therefore forcing students from 拔萃小學 to fend for themselves. However, CCKG still maintains a strong link with both DGS & DBS.
