My son is accepted by 民生 and I am the last one to hand in the 留位費 that day. As they pre-printed the receipts for all the accepted students, I saw many pre-printed receipt left there. That means many parent didn't hand in the 留位費. Thus, it may have many spaces for those at waiting list.
