From the IT seminar last Saturday, Mr. Lai (IT teacher) said that we should let our child log into the school Intranet each day. So they can get used to check whether there should be any net-homework and also the school Memo, activities group.

COMA,

May I know the latest time that SFA posts on the Internet abouth the homework details. Mr. Lai said it should be before 4pm. Will the school update the content afterwards?
Does our kid need to check the Internet several times a day to avoid any missing details??

基本上三時三十分左右,家長就可以上網看到當天的功課及通告的了,但我仔上年果班抄手冊的流程係,班主任選一位同學
負責把當天的功課抄多一次 (除了自己本手冊外),然後把家
課紙交上校務處,再由校務處的員工,輸入電腦上網的,所以網
上的手冊有時都會出錯的(哈哈,因為都係小朋友的手筆),只可
作 cross-reference吧了.

開學初期有服務生在lunch時間幫佢地check手冊的,慢慢就
要靠佢地自己了. 其實學校都係鼓勵小朋友自己抄,網上只係
為家長作參考的.

我個人就習慣早上返到公司check一次,看看有無網上通告,
係小朋友回家前,上網看一次有甚麼功課及通告,然後搖控呀仔
做功課 (at least make sure,he finish all homeworks before I back home). then night time會同呀仔一齊上一次(若有時間的話),等呀仔講解下學校的情況(因為果網有其他野睇的),順便看看有沒有野係後加的.

My son is 1A. It's a good idea to have lunch tomorrow. However, I cannot join this time as my husband will take my son tomorrow instead of me. Please count on me by next time.

I have called the school to check.

They said from 9:00 to 10:30am. Your child will go to the classroom. The class teacher will distribute many things to them. Parents will stay at the Hall.

At 10:30am to 12:00 noon, the children will come out from the classrooms to meet the parents. We can speak to the class teacher, etc.....

What time you will arrive school tomorrow?

I have called the school before. They said no need to bring the school bag the 1st day.

Just give them a bigger bag to put things in. The school will distribute student handbook, some notices, etc......

Actually we are the one to carry all these....
