請問份報告要有那幾點 CX 先比上機 !
報告裡要所有 ISO15189, 診所名? 當地政府認可 Lab? 重有冇其他要有既字眼?

政府的要求:

文件: 1) Negative covid test result; 通常寫在 fit to fly certificate 上; 2) 有化驗室名字的 lab report. 內容寫的與(1) 差不多，但最好有UKAS accreditation number, 這號碼在英國等同ISO 15189。CX ground staff 會上網 check 個 lab 的 UKAS number. 其實就算 lab report 有寫，ground staff 會上網核實。 3) Hotel booking information.
請看以上連結的 FAQ no 13.

Students wishing to fly home to Hong Kong at the end of this term will be able to take advantage of the new rapid pre-flight Covid LAMP test available at Heathrow after passing through check-in. The tests are approved by the Hong Kong authorities.Do note that these pre-flight tests need to be pre-booked and the link is as follows:

Rowena，我想問問關於names stated on medical certificate and hotel reservations booking. 應該是要跟passport 但是是名字行先定姓行先？因我個女hotel reservation booking 是名字行先。

不需要擔心，任何英國機構出的cert 一定是名字行先，我張 fit to fly cert 都不例外。香港政府工作人員有這方面知識，檢視 certs and bookings 時不會有問題。

Manchester MAN (UK）(via Zurich) to HKG success sharing

Oct 17 08:50 MAN —> ZRH
Oct 17 13:10 ZRH —> HKG

1. As most clinic in Manchester are operated from Monday to Friday only, it is recommended to choose flight from Thursday up to Saturday morning so that lab can have enough time to have PCR result.

2. Be careful that 72 hour counts from the expected departure time of final flight arriving HK, in my case, it is the transfer flight from Zurich to HK but not the one I left from Manchester.

3. However, airline asked me to show the test certificate in Manchester when check-in. So, please make sure that clinic/lab has enough time to achieve it (I.e. clinic/lab has less than 72 hours to get back the result to you for indirect flights) [MUST test after Oct 14 13:10 but get the result on Oct 16 (Clinic not open on Oct 17 (Sat)]

4. I did it in Doctorcall on Oct 14 13:xx. Please bring passport as they will verify it and put the passport number on the certificate. They sent result to me via e-mail on Oct 16 16:xx

5. I show UKAS link of the concerned lab to HKG immigration to support ISO 15189 certification

6. Arriving HKG at 07:xx and can leave airport to quarantine hotel at 15:xx

大概6:30 am 已經到步，搞測試用了1個多小時。跟著由8 am 等到4:30 pm 才放人; 坐車過去 immigration 和拿行李。

Grateful for the detail. I would like to ask a couple more questions :
While waiting for result, any drinks or food available ? Do you get a desk and chair to work or laze around ? Is there functional wifi at waiting area ?

After picking up your bags, are you free to use any transport means to get to your quarantine hotel ? Is checking in the quarantine hotel simple and smooth ?

Looks like by the time you get to hotel, almost dinner time, must have been a long and tiring day. Any particular tips/advice for those who will be going through this in the near future ?
