Have asked Ms. Lee today...the photo to be taken is not a class photo...just a photo at the "science corner" (don't know what does it refer to?).  Yet, Ms. Lee hasn't yet taken the photo for them.

The class photo should be taken in summer uniform.

that is what i remember as well. Last year, they wore summer uniform for class photo. Since summer uniform starts May 1st, it should be after that date.

My son said they need to draw 1 more transportation on a piece of paper in addition to the 2 submitted today.  Is that true?

hi, that is true, checked with my child. They need to draw one more transportation vehicle, it can be a plane or a ship.

My son mentioned "English oral quiz" recently.  He said it'll be taken in May.

BTW, have you noticed that some of the Chinese word cards mentioned on the syllabus received last week had never been taught?  This week they're learning「安全」already.

Had asked Ms. Lee today...the English Oral Quiz is to betaken in mid-May...just kind of competition, nothing related to school report.

Last night my son showed me how to count the strokes of Chinese words.  Surprisingly they're very good in counting connecting strokes 「連筆」already.  I think I just learned how to count at primary school.

Ms. Suen taught (or just mentioned) Shanghai Expo to them, telling them that 「今晚獎你哋睇上海世博啦!」.  Yet my son said he prefers watching DVD more, haha!!

Calix told me that they're preparing for a "performance" with 2A during music lesson recently.  There are only 8 main characters, 7 from 2A (2 of them are Ching Ching & Howard from 1H, Calix's former classmates) and 1 from 2H (Alisea).  The rest will play instruments, girls playing tambourine & ?? and boys playing 響木.

The teachers asked them to draw more transportation vehicles for notice board decoration.
