我個仔仔現時1.5歲，想幫佢搵Ｄ好似Little Gym 嘅playgroup, 請問紅磡My Gym 還是尖沙咀The Little Gym 好Ｄ？可否比Ｄ意見我！我係網頁睇Ｄ活動就較喜歡My Gym, 但見好多人都係參加The Little Gym.

My daughter has been to both and I personally like My Gym better.

but I just join their session in Hong Hum on Thursday, they said they still have placese for weekdays. Which center did you go?

都係紅磡。我星期三打去，紅磡冇開，電話由香港嗰間接聽，話比我聽weekday full 喎。咁我聽日再打去，安排試堂同埋check下Ｄ時間！thanks!

Why do you prefer My Gym compared to Little Gym? What are their main differences?

I remember when I did their trial lesson with my kid, we spent more than 50% time on free play,no instructions on teaching the kids how to play their equipment, it's just like a mother who takes the kid downstair to the playground. In My Gym they got at least 3 instructors to help the kids to play their equipment, and the kids seem to be happier. For another reason, My Gym charges cheaper than the Little Gym, in compare My Gym seems to be more worth to go.

I also felt the same way about the Little Gym, they are much less structured in terms of how they spend the class time. My Gym has 3 teachers in a class and 3 core activities at every class with very little free play time. And some of the moves are actually quite challenging for the kids, so it boosts their self confidence.
