I received an acceptance letter for my daughter. Does anyone know how many classes are there for K1, and what is the ratio of teacher to children?

2 classes (am & pm)

what is the ratio of teacher to children
Around 20-25 childresn per class.
there is 1 class teacher & 2 assistants.

just 2 classes at abacus
that means only about 50 graduates, and there're 120 seats at CWBS P1, does it mean CWBS accepts
kids from other kindy more than abacus in total?

2 Classes for A.M/ 2 Classes for P.M.
total are 4 classes...

thanks for your clarification.
ie. 4 classes x 25 = roughly 100 graduates
so CWBS will mainly accept kids from ESF Abacus?

do you know if all students of ESF Abacus can be granted an interview at CWBS?

all kids from abacus were granted an interview this year & I think they're all accepted....

Hi Nekoneko,

The school offer an afternoon k.1 to my daughter.
Is afternoon class more chinese?
Also, I'm afraid my kid cannot communicate english with teacher and other children, because she is 'pure' hong konger.
