But it's quite a pity that we still don't know where the temp campus will be...

We are all very excited when we received the acceptance letter today. Hopefully, the new campus for year 1 students will not be too far away.

Thanks God!! My son got accepted. I think we are still allowed to participate in the central allocation. But I won't do so as even if my son is lucky to have La Salle, I will still choose CKY. Better leave the chance to the others.

My daughter also got accepted. BTW, do you mind to tell others which kindergarten your kids are studing. Just want to share the info with those parents who plan to join this school in the future.

Thankyou for your well wishes. I hope that our son can cope with the pressure at DBSPD. If not, we may try to change to CKY in 1-2 years time, when the temp school arrangement is less complicated.

My daughter also got accepted. We are really thrilled to receive the result as we like this school the most. BTW, is there anyone live in the HK side? I would like to learn the school bus arrangement from the HK side to the school.

My daughter studies in VK. Good to know that there are so many of you got accepted as well. Hope to meet each of you in the future at the school.

My daughter got accepted too. We feel very happy since CKY is our dream school but we are a bit hesitating as our girl is a small girl. She is in K2 now and she has to skip one year to proceed Year 1 next year. This is a hard decision to make.

Salute to Busyfather for his generosity and understanding to other parents on the wait-list. By the same token, hope those parents having their other preferred offers would give up their CKY offerings sooner rather than later (instead of registering for 'wait-and-see').

Audreymom, now that CKY has accepted your daughter as a Y1 candidate for 2007 (not 2008), I think you don't really need to worry about skipping a year. In fact, the curriculum is not that difficult for Y1. There are quite a number of so-called "small kids" in my child's class. You should feel happy for saving a year's tuition fee! Just kidding.

My daughter has got the offer by CKY. However, I've also registered another 2 schools (SFA and KTS) for her. I'm wondering which school I should choose. My daughter is a lazy girl and she always needs my supervision for completing her homework. I understand CKY is a good school for her, but the school fee is really expensive and I also need to think about my younger son (it will cost me over $100,000 a year if both of them study in CKY). Can any parent give advice to me?

Yes, CKY looks so expensive but you have to think it in a package.

CKY<Others + extra $ for English & Mandarin

Personally, if you have to choose between SFA and KTS, I will pick SFA (a bit famous).
