I know some parents attended the admission talk and explained the Pie Chart, but not many parents follow up and side tracked.......

那麼，根據校方解釋，讀各大學辦的sub-degree 課程的學生有沒有包括入相關大學的數據呢？
如果沒有，Pie Chart 中將入讀各大學subdegree 的數字歸入了Pie Chart中的那一類呢？
這Pie Chart 是一個客觀資料，應該可以客觀討論吧。

睇返之前高中版的資料，如果以協恩獲得的480個5級或以上的成績平均是2.89/head，已經好過德望的444個5級或以上的成績平均是2.39/head，比起張祝珊的2.42/head也一點不差。我諗對於今屆文憑試當年仍是接受派位的協恩同學來說，已算是十分出色的表現。熱切期待四年後的協恩轉直資後的首屆文憑試成績！

2013.07.15 2013 HKDSE examination results The 2013 HKDSE examination results have been released. 93.4% out of the 166 candidates from Heep  Yunn have obtained ‘33222’, which are the general entrance requirements for local undergraduate  university programmes. Our candidates have attained outstanding results this year with a total of 480  Level 5s or above. The general performance of Heep Yunn girls in the 4 core subjects is as follows. Chinese language: 93.4% of our candidates attain Level 3 or above English language: 99.4% of our candidates attain Level 3 or above Mathematics (Core): 98.8% of our candidates attain Level 2 or above Liberal Studies: 99.4% of our candidates attain Level 2 or above In this year’s HKDSE examinations, only 2 candidates get 5** and 5 candidates get 5* in Integrated Science in Hong Kong. All of them are from Heep Yunn. The following table shows the outstanding performance of our candidates in some other subjects. Subject Percentage of girls attaining Level 5 or above Physics 100% Chemistry 87.7% Literature in English 70% We are pleased to announce that 3 of our girls have obtained 5** in 5 subjects while 3 have obtained 5** in 4 subjects (excluding M1 / M2). 5* = A(2)
5= B
4=C
3=D
2=E

我也看了那個bar 和 pie chart, 我認為校方主要是想給大家一個印象, 升學出路還是不錯的. 但我之前也說過冇必要太計較最些入學%, 即是七十幾%入本地學位課程, 始終同枱食飯, 各自修行, 到時誰入大學得看自己努力.

那些chart因沒有提供原始數據, 所以紿終沒法解答大家的疑問, 也許在Bar chart 內將local 的degree 和 sub-degree 兩條bar 再細分JUPAS 和 non JUPAS 會好d.

既然bar chart 已說明有sub degree 學生, 那相信是計入其相關院校的 pie 內; 同樣道理, 因沒有單獨列出各大學的附屬學院, 如有學生入讀該附屬學院, 相信也是計到其相關院校的 pie 內.

講真, 我一直幾鍾意協恩, 聽完簡介會後更加鍾意. 其整體實力直迫dgs.

2.
但鍾意歸鍾意, 聽完簡介會, 與其老師和同學查詢, 再睇埋網上簡報告和完整報告. 都找不到一項數據可證明hy的dse成績是全港十大之一.

3.
如無甩漏, 今年dse整體成績最標青的, 應是SPCC 和 DGS, 其次是LSC, QC 和 LamWoo, 只有這幾間可確定為頭10. 其他band 1a 校的成績間間差不多, 不相伯仲..

4.
有一點要留意的, 是今年有些女校理科%成績似乎突飛猛進, 原因是只有極少數前列尖子才可選修理科(或讀唔掂晨早drop左), 例如physics, chem, ict, 而且女校一向在eng, chin 及ls 有優勢, 整體成績看起來自然好d.

5.

其實無需太理會別人的comment.  I also like that school.  However, my girl asked me if I have to pay school fee.  I said yes.  Then my girl, then let's go to a government subsidy school.  She doesn't want to give me any financial burden.  I told my school, don't worry about the school fee.  If she could really go that school, I told her just concentrate on her study.
