杜曼 vs Montessori

我睇過杜曼o既 "如何教寶寶閱讀" & "如何教寶寶數學" 兩本書, 亦都上過 Montessori o既 showroom 睇過佢o地o既教材, 其實我對以上兩種o既教學方法都好贊同, 但仍然覺得互有長短.  初時我係諗住只會 2 選 1 種教學方法o黎教我囡囡, 但到依家我都決擇唔到, 唔知其實我可唔可以同時間用兩種教學方法教囡囡, 但我係一位在職 mama, 每日時間實在有限, 驚兩頭唔到岸.

唔知有無 mama 都係同時間用依兩種方法教囝囡呢?  效果如何?  Thanks!!

我想同時用兩個方法教 bb, 用 flash cards 教數學 & 中文, 而英文就會用 montssori o既 HE1 & SBB1, 唔知會唔會一日根本唔夠時間, 事關我得夜晚放o左先得閒, 會唔會兩頭唔到岸?

請問妳用緊邊幾個方法教妳囡囡?  每日要用幾時間先得?  唔該曬

撞鬼囉~ 你又係話我個bb係女     我家的承承係仔黎架~    

我都係用flash card，再用doman physical教bb physical 既野。 then，我有研究montessori，不過我無用你所講的果間montessori教材公司所出的product教任何野。我係自己order原裝montessori 玩具 和再係hk through vender買一d wooden toy，我係朝home-montessori呢個method去教bb，montessori語言啟蒙方面，我都係跟原著所描述的suggestion去create 個envirnoment比bb。而唔係買套英文教材來教bb。

其實，montessori比doman 複雜好多，所cover的野全面好多，我覺得doman vs montessori係2樣唔同的野，如你所講，真得各有可以取之處。就我睇了佢地2隻咁多書書，我仲未發現有d 咩矛盾既地方，但我卻看出一些共通點。

如果你有買果set 英文教材，或者你再讀多dd 關於montessori 對語言啟蒙部份有關的資料或書籍，對你教bb的過程應該有好大幫助的。

anyway，montessori所強調的係憑手去感覺世界，憑自己的exploration去認識世界。我選擇了set up一個montessori environment比bb 去自己explore，我就做個觀察和引導者。that's why我選擇了其他語言教學法，選取多樣性的教材，再經montessori method去guide我仔仔學習語言，現在成效唔知架~ 因為佢先得6個半月多d，早在5個月學懂叫奶奶，mom，ba 呢3樣，和佢對english既發音好sensitive。

你話呢d 教仔theory既practicals係唔係好time-consuming，我都覺架~ flash card就輕鬆d，因為閃3次，你夜晚回來閃2次，早1次，問題唔大。 不過你果套montessori english，係要parents好dedicate去陪bb聽，睇，讀。呢樣就真係未必日日做到喇~ 莫講你working mom，我full-time mom有時多dd野做都未必日日同bb跟進度地玩書書。所以亦因為咁，我選擇了比較flexible 的方法，樣樣教材有d，depends我的工作量，bb當日既心情，當日所遇到的事或見過的東西，去choose一d 有relation的 教材比bb聽/睇/玩。

2頭唔到岸既問題，會架~ 所以，我suggest你想開始，就要先自己將所有教材，theory，practicals 讀熟，唔讀熟都睇下plan下點排個schedule，萬事俱備先開始。咁你會enjoy好多。 人地個product係有suggested schedule，但未免太公式化喇~ bb個個進度唔同，所spend時間無論quantity和quality都唔同，好難話跟佢所比的suggestion就無走雞，自己一定要多觀察bb的進度，把厄個機會，一當bb學會了dd，就打鐵趁熱再加多有關聯的dd，咁就會事半功倍喇~

I really like your description and sharing, really appreciate if you could write more and share with the mums here.

I am a working mum, I also studied both Montessori and GD theories.  Like chickchick, I did not buy the Montessori product sets, instead, I studied the theories and practises the theories using my home-made materials with my girl.  For GD, I just tried a few days and I gave up      as I found it hard to follow a straight schedule, and I felt sad if I could not complete the day's work, so, it is ME who gave up, and there is nothing related to the babies.

I agreed with chickchick that we need to relax and don't set a straight time-table, as things just happen which will make you fail to follow the time-table, if you depend on a time-table heavily, this will just create pressure on you.  If my baby likes animals at one time, I will introduce more things, like songs, books, pictures, movies, etc., about animals to her, and bring her to Ocean Park, Zoo, Pet shops, to see the real animals.  She picked up really fast in this way.

Every night, I spend about 3 hours with my girl (as she sleeps very early about 9-9:3pm).  30 min having dinner with her, 1 hour going to the supermarket with her, 1 hour reading books, and 30 min painting or playing or watching TV.  And on weekends, I spent whole 2 days going here and there with her and joined different playgroups.

Who helps you to look after baby when you go to work?  Maybe you could plan something for this carer to use and play with your baby, as you know, 8am-6pm is a long long time (10 hours), better use this 10 hours productive!!

totally agreed with chick chick.  而且每個BB真係有唔同性格, 喜好又唔同, 所以一個方法真係教唔到所有BB.  自己要諗多d你個BB點樣可以吸收到多d.  好似我個B咁, 你教佢做野, 唔可以捉住佢隻手做, 反而你自己做多幾次, 佢會自己學.  我都有買Montessori HE1 & toy, but 如果未買可以考慮自己係出面買唔同materials, 效果仲好d.

I don't know the diff of KB1 and KB2 as I just joined in Sept... so, 無份 for the Oct show.  How long have you been with this school?

我只買倒其中一本(于新華書城, 但冇貨了), 初步覺得佢既方法几好. 會再找找其他著作..(其他大陸書店 or深圳)

世界上有好多用蒙特梭利理念既幼稚園的.

其實我好想聽o下大家o既意見, 先再作決定, 點知我老公竟然比我仲心急  上星期六佢己經係 Montessori HK Office 買o左 HE1 & SBB1, 點知今朝早佢又決定買埋 HE2 真係唔知佢o既決定o岩唔o岩, 我知佢出發點係為囡囡好, 但都唔駛一次過買咁多套教材.

其實我之前都有收過妳 pm 俾我o既資料, 不過我真係無時間讀 ar, 唔好話我一句無時間係藉口. 未生之前我讀緊一個課程, 係自己興趣, 讀完第一年仲考到意料之外好好o既成績, 點知跟住大o左肚, 為著安胎忍痛放棄.  生完之後湊女真係用o左我好多時間 & 精神, 如果囡囡大 d, 有機會我一定會報讀 montessori o既課程.  做到老, 學到老, 我深信依句說話.

I understand as I also find it hard to spare time to do things after giving birth.  But don't worry, after the baby grows bigger, you will have more spare time, esp. when they go to school.  I only started my Montessori studies when my baby was 1.5 yrs old, and I have more time recently to do homework as she starts nursery school.

For China Montessori books, you could check check these 2 series, I ordered from dangdang.com, very cheap, about $1X per book.
