Re: English lesson for kid's (k3)
I have posted the details before. Please refer this thread -> http://www.baby-kingdom.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=194607&forum=5#2463772
I always recommend the parents to send the kids for free assessment test to understand their course and the English standard of your kid. Don't worry. They will not push you to enroll or hard-sell.
They focus on conversation so that the kids can pickup grammer, sentence structure and vocabulary. No phonic will be taught, nor word (their book has no word). Your kids may not improve their English overnight, but I don't believe any language can be learned in days. After around 4 months, I found significant improvement in my daughter's conversation skill, especially her tone that mimic native speaking. Why I found the change after 4 months? They actually recommend the parents to practise with the kids everyday, but we are too busy and lazy. So, we tried our first practice 4 months after her first class, and we were shocked at how she read the book.
Please notice that my daughter is in her K3, and has attended their course for around 1 year. If your kid attends a more advanced course, I think the course may include reading or writing. However, if you are looking for some courses to focus on dictation or phonic for local education, this is not the one. |
